As more and more AIB partners announce custom designs and factory overclocked performance of Nvidia’s 1080Ti, we have finally got wind of ASUS’ high end hybrid option the ROG Poseidon
Offering a choice between air and watercooling using their DirectCU H20 full cover block and heatsink/fan assembly, along with an enhanced power delivery setup expect to see some impressive performance numbers from the ASUS ROG Poseidon 1080Ti.
To add to the appeal of the ROG Poseidon ASUS have of course included their AURA Sync technology to match other ASUS components in an RGB lighting enabled setup.
Expect this card to be priced at a premium, it will be interesting to see how this enhanced card competes with other waterblocked cards, especially other AIB cards that also have enhanced power delivery.
It certainly is an exciting year for high performance GPU’s.
This is going to be the mother of all cards. At least for my setup.
Aside from the Titan Xp, this has to be one of the best 1080 Ti’s…along with the MSI Gaming X and GALAX HOF!
I have Aura lighting so the Poseidon is ideal.
