Starting with first impressions, MSI are looking to move towards a new aesthetic this year up and down their gaming notebook line, with the incorporation of the ‘MSI Dragon’ branding slightly more prominent and red ascents running down the angles of their notebooks moving towards a ‘supercar’ like overall presentation.
Ignoring (just for a minute) the eye-catching keyboard lighting below, you can see the red trim sweeping around the laptop.
The keyboard lighting is fully customizable too, with MSI latching onto the need of gamers who desire that bit extra when it comes to personalisation. A gaming laptop is likely to be moved around and seen with you, this way, MSI is facilitating the user’s expression and the back-lighting will be available on all their 2014 models going forward.
