Mushkin have added two new kits to their line of products and they’re designed to run at 2800MHz. They come in two varieties, which come from the Redline and Stealth line of products. The kits will come in a variety of sizes ranging from 4GB to 16GB and they will run with latencies of 12-14-14-35 with 1.65 volts. In order to attain such speeds, you will need to have a capable memory controller on your CPU which means that you will have to be running the latest Intel platforms (Ivy Bridge or Haswell) as the older generations are just not capable of these speeds.

It is said that these RAM kits will be available for purchase at the end of July or early August and the pricing of these modules remains a mystery. However, given that these are high frequency modules, and will only be for the enthusiast market, I would hazard a guess that they will not come cheap.
