[section_title title=Packaging] Packaging

Starting with the box. The CoolTouch-R comes in a relatively small box with a photograph of the fan controller itself dominating the front of the box, with a picture of a hand symbolising that this is a touch screen operated fan controller. Other than the product name and Aerocool branding on the box, there is not much more information other than the support for USB 3.o being highlighted in the red bubble.

The back of the box is dominated by an illustrated image of the interface and IO on the front of the CoolTouch-R. Along with showing the selection of colours that we looked at on the previous page, we also see the different parts of the display such as the temperature display, fan channels as well as the speed and colour control buttons. There is also support for USB 3.0 and a multi-card reader. On the far right hand side we can see the different connection types that are available for connecting fans to the four channels, there consist of a 3-pin headers, 4-pin PWM headers and Molex headers.   All around the side of the box we find the features and specification for the CoolTouch-R that we saw on the previous page, as well as being written in multiple languages to cater for worldwide markets.  Upon opening the box we are primarily greeted by the fan controller in the foreground. Upon removing this there is a small instruction manual which covers installation of the fan controller, setting up the fans as well as general use of the touch screen. there is also four screws supplied in the box to allow the fan controller to be secured to the chassis.
