Taking a look at the front of the box and in true BitFenix fashion we have a massive version of their logo, as well as the model name across the bottom with the URL of their website.

On the back of the box are a few images of the Comrade case with some highlighted points BitFenix wanted to bring to customer’s attention.

On the side is the specifications list so users can make sure this case will fit their needs.

Taking the Comrade out of its box and we can see from the outside it is a very plain case. I personally didn’t expect much and it is fine when considering the price.

Both side panels are solid, matching the colour of the case, though you can get a windowed version or separate window side panel if you require one.

The front IO panel is off to one side of the case when it comes to the Comrade and this is something I personally love to see. It keeps it from obstructing the view of the front in my opinion.

The front IO contains:
1 x USB3.0
1x USB2.0
HD Audio Jacks
Pwer/reset buttons

On to the back and there really is no surprise here. This is pretty much the default back for any case of this shape and size these days. We have 2 x watercooling tubing cutouts with rubber grommets, room for a 120mm fan, cutout for the motherboards rear IO, 7 PCI expansion bays and of course a cutout for the bottom mounted PSU.

On the bottom of the case we have 4 plastic feet to help it stay off the ground so it gets a bit better airflow, also not the easily removable dust filter that will be protecting the bottom of most any installed PSU.

Included in a box inside of the case are a few accessories. Looking at the previous image you will notice the top PCI expansion bay does not have a blanking plate, for whatever reason BitFenix have decided to include it with the accessories of the case. Also included are a couple of zipties, users manual and all the screws we should need to get any hardware installed into the Comrade.

BitFenix Comrade 11

As mentioned you can purchase a separate side panel with a window if you heart so desires. You can also purchase the Comrade with a windowed side panel already as well.
