[section_title title=”Closer Look Pack/Ext”]Closer Look Pack./Ext.

Starting off with the packaging as we do here at Play3r and we can see there is a nice outline image of the case on the front with a nicely sized features/specifications list just to its right.

Around to the back there is another image of the Echo, this time it is broken down into individual components so users will be able to get an idea of what will be achievable after purchase. Looking at the picture it seems installing hardware in this case should be rather easy but we will see soon enough.

On one side is an image with the side panel off giving users a first-hand look at the main side of the motherboard tray; just below is a proper specifications list.

For included goodies inside the box, we are not given much, only a user manual, vented PCI expansion bay blanking plate and a bag of screws to allow us to install our hardware in the case.

Getting the Echo out of the box and for its price it surely does look quite nice from the front. While it is plastic it still have the brushed aluminium look to it and the IO panel is positioned on the top and features a power and reset button, USB3.0 and USB2.0 ports and front HD audio connectors (Headphone/mic) jacks.

The main side panel features a nice raised area that also has mounting holes for either a 120mm or 140mm fan to allow for a bit of extra airflow inside the case if need be.

The back side panel features the same raised design, but no vented area to allow for the installation of a fan.

On to the back of the Echo and we have the normal host of options we would expect to see on a case of this size, there are 2x water cooling tube holes (not that anyone in their right mind would use them on this case), cutouts for the motherboard rear IO and bottom mounted PSU, a vented area that comes with a pre-installed 120mm fan and we can also see the 7x PCI expansion bays.

On to the bottom and we have 4 good sized feet to help make sure the case stays off the ground and we can also see the vented area for the PSU which has a dust filter on the inside of the case.
