[section_title title=Thermal Performance]Thermal Performance

As mentioned throughout the review, the Raijintek Morpheus requires you to select and install your own desired cooling fans (2 x 120mm are supported).  To test the VGA cooler, I have used a reference NVIDIA GTX780 as a test subject and have compared the Morpheus to the stock cooler.  The fans used as mentioned previous are of course 2 x Noiseblocker eLoop 120mm fans.

To test the thermal performance, I ran a Furmark burn in test for 10 minutes to let the temperatures settle; delta temps were recorded in Celsius.

The results were as follows:

As you can see from the graphs, the Morpheus combined with 2 x Noiseblocker eLoop fans are vastly superior in terms of cooling performance over the NVIDIA 780 reference cooler and not just in cooling performance, but the Noiseblocker fans are not only fantastic, but they were noticeably quieter after 10 minutes of Furmark; excellent stuff.
