The Packaging for the SilverArrow IB-E is very simplistic, a normal brown cardboard box featuring the Thermaltake, Inc. logo on the top and on the side it features some text to let us know the model – SilverArrow IB-E and the sockets it supports diagonally across the middle. We also notice the Thermaltake website URL across the bottom.

Upon opening the box we are immediately greeted with the installation guide and can see the thin piece of foam protecting the top of the cooler from getting damaged.

Removing the foam and we get our first look at the cooler and the fans, we can see the heatpipe caps on each side of the heatsink as well as noticing the accessories box is safely packed in the middle of the cooler.

The easiest way I found to get everything out of the box was to flip it upside down on a table, lift the box and let the weight of the cooler do the rest of the work.

A closer look at the top of the cooler and we notice the 8 heatpipe caps on each side and again, the accessories box in the middle.

Taking everything out of its boxes we have a nice look at the SilverArrow IB-E along side the 2x TY-141 fans. Having laid out everything in the accessories box and we can see the 6 fan retention clips, back and front plates, Chill Factor 3 TIM, a mini wrench and various screws and washers to tighten everything up.
