For our closer look we will start with a picture of everything that is included as standard inside the box. In this photo we can observe all our manuals, disks and accessories we saw in the packaging photos alongside the motherboard itself.
Now let’s have a look at some of the special features on the board. In this next photo you will notice a 4pin molex connector on board that will take power directly from your PSU and supply it to the PCI-E rails to help with stability and allow a better overclock on GPUs.
Keeping in-line with the other offerings in the Fatal1ty Killer series the FM2A88x+ also comes equipped with premium gold capacitors.
The board also features Purity Sound and has a nice EMI Shielding Cover. The Purity Sound offers 115vB SNR, excellent bass, less sound distortion and supports up to 600ohm headphones.
The FM2A88X+ of course has 4 slots for RAM, colour coated to help make sure we are making full use of the fact it supports DDR3 RAM up to 2600+MHz(OC)
The board also features 8x SATA3 6.0GBs connectors that support Raid 0, 1, 5 and 10 as well as support NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug.
Overall the board is very aesthetically pleasing with its black PCB, gold caps and overall black and red theme.
