Let’s take a look at the software.
As you can see the software here is near identical to the software we saw on the Tactic Pro, only with more mouse appropriate options. The customize tab here is where we change profiles and reprogram the mouse buttons.
Here we can see the options we have to assign to mouse buttons, the list isn’t amazing but it should serve the needs of most users.
The macro tab should have all the options FPS players need.
The performance tab has options for adjusting DPI steps, the DPI of the sniper/clutch button, the lift-off height and also the polling rate. Those are all the basics really so I can’t complain, but it would be nice to see the zero rotation angle adjustment that other mice with this sensor feature in their software as it is a nice tweak for some.
The lighting tab is as basic as can be; on or off. Better than a poke in the eye I guess but some more lighting effects wouldn’t go amiss.
So, the software is basic but all the right options are there. More lighting adjustment and more customisation of sensor options would make the software feel a lot more complete in my opinion, but it serves its purpose well enough all things considered.
