Lighting

The Quickfire XTi makes use of dual colour LEDs – red and blue allowing you to combine them to get a third colour, purple. The keyboard features some pre-programmed modes, but you can also record your own, using the on-board facility.

For the best explaination, CM Storm have produced a very informative video that helps explain the modes and how to record your own:

At first, I did not have access to several of the different pre-programmed modes, however after a very quick firmware update (downloaded from here), I gained access to the new modes – most likely because this sample is so new. You can see some of the modes below:

And now for the most important (and favourite) phase – testing!
