As we previously saw on the other side panel they come equipped with noise dampening material to help keep things quiet.
Taking a look inside the Silencio 652S with both of the side panels off reveals plenty of room and cable management options. There are all a couple hidden features that may not stand out right away.
One thing that is becoming more normal and I am not sure if I like it or not, not that it’s a big deal is the fact companies are putting an index on the motherboard tray to help consumers know where the standoffs need to go depending on the motherboard type they are using. Â Once the motherboard is installed you will not be able to see this at all but I would prefer if it was not there. Also, I prefer black standoffs to gold ones, again not a big deal, just my opinion.
The rubber grommets in the cutouts for the cable management are great, not once while I was installing or taking my hardware out of this case did they fall out, not once!
Another nice touch which is also becoming more of the norm are the rubber feet inside of the case to set the PSU on. These will help keep noise from vibrations down and is a very nice feature.
Taking a look at the tool less drive bays and there are a couple secrets to be revealed. The hard drive trays are all compatible with 3.5″ or 2.5″ drives.
