[section_title title=Closer Look Pack/Ext]Closer Look Exterior
Taking a look at the front of the Mach and for a budget case it’s not bad at all. Looking at it, you can tell Xigmatek put some thought into it whereas a lot of other budget cases these days are just squared off and plain, this is not the case with the Mach.
The main side panel is raised a bit to allow for a little more room inside the case, this is a nice feature seeing as to how there is also a vented area to allow for a couple of fans to be installed on the side panel as well.
The rear side panel is a mirror of the front except for the fact that it does not have a vented area which, of course, is not needed on this side.
On to the back and we have our normal host of features. There are, of course, a motherboard and power supply cut-outs, 7x expansion bays – the top of which has a reusable blanking plate. We can also see the vented area for the included exhaust fan and just above that are what appear to be blocked off holes for water cooling tubes.
The top of the case has what Xigmatek class racing stripes/grills that are meant to represent speed and power. Not a bad touch on a budget case if I may say so, I like it!
On the bottom, we, of course, have 4x feet to help lift the case off the ground/carpet to allow for better airflow. Also, we can notice the vented area for the bottom of the PSU and its easily removable/cleanable dust cover.
