As you can probably tell by the name, the ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac motherboard is of course M-ITX. With that comes much smaller packaging than normal ATX motherboards. ASRock have gone with a pretty simplistic design with the Z97E-ITX/ac and as you can see by the illustration, the theme is black and gold which is quite surprising as the motherboard has blue heat sinks.
The back of the box follows a different theme in the way of a black and white contrasting colour scheme; which looks rather nice in my opinion. It has information regarding the features and specifications which include HDMI in, an M.2 PCI-e socket which is new with the Z97 chipset and of course the ITX form factor.
Bundled with the ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac motherboard are the following accessories:

1 x Driver installation disc
1 x Setup manual
1 x Quick setup guide
2 x Small screws for M2 socket
1 x Wi-Fi/AC adapter
2 x Black SATA cables
Plenty of accessories in the box to get you going and everything you are going to need.
One interesting thing about the packaging is the Z97E-ITX/ac motherboard comes attached to a piece of black foam which is designed to protect the motherboard against any nasty accidents during transit; a feature I would like to see other manufacturers offer.
