Some modders around have had extensive experience over with machinery, tools and even highly sensitive equipment such as lasers and even CNC milling machines. Â The other side of the coin, however, is the design aspect which goes into defining a “mod”. Â Richard Prins is one such designer who is specialised in CAD and creating vectors for other modders; one his designs was even featured at Computex 2015 in Taipei, Taiwan.
He is of course also a dab hand at modding too and his latest project certainly deserves some attention. Â It is simply named Project Deadpool with the tagline of “Merc with a mouth”, a clearly noted phrase to which the character Deadpool is widely known (I didn’t know that, but yeah!).
His build is in 2 stages, Stage 1 (Air) and Stage 2 (Water), this is a very interesting concept indeed and we think it looks like a build to watch over the coming months!

This is in addition to a custom made external radiator mount and pump mount.
The motherboard tray is a custom design made by Designs By Richard and milled by Peter Uhrskov Berg. The tray can hold an E-ATX motherboard, two SSD’s in the cutouts on the back and has special cable channels for the 24-pin power and up to four 8-pin GPU power cables. The SSD’s and cable channels will be covered by a clear acrylic cover and the cutout on the left side will be filled with a red piece of acrylic with engraving on it. Together with some other custom parts it will be anodized in black when everything is ready.
