Max Payne looks as if it will be coming to the Playstation 4 on Sony’s PS2-to-PS4 gaming programme according to a leak found on ESRB rating.
The original Max Payne was released in 2001 for PS2 and is a FPS Cop drama which has since had a 3 part series. There hasn’t been an official re-release announced so far but it comes just days after Sony announced bringing Playstation 2 games to the Playstation 4. Max Payne was originally published by Rockstar Games for PS2, Xbox and PC and was re-released on Xbox Live for Xbox 360 in 2009 and came to PS3 in 2012.
If Max Payne does come onto the Playstation Store on the PS2-to-PS4 programme then expect to pay for the game, roughly between $10-$15, as shown on a selection of other games within the programme.
