Sony Santa Monica is finally working on a new God of War game for current gen consoles. As expected it may be some time until we see something in action.
At the PlayStation Experience even in Las Vegas over the weekend, Sony Santa Monica creative director Cory Barlog told an awaiting audience that development of the game had begun. The announcement follows rumours that the game will not be a prequel, but might actually be a reboot of the action game series for PlayStation 4.
Whatever the announcement was, it may be a long time before we get to see anything of substance. I loved playing the God of War games. They are games that fall under one of the most successful franchises that Sony has produced. I mean what game lets you rip the head off Medusa, and then proceed to make love to women for health on a boat.
