The cutout in the motherboard tray should be big enough to allow for changing CPU coolers without having to take the whole motherboard out of the case.

A closer up look at the bottom of the motherboard tray.

Looking at the bottom of the inside of the Comrade and we can see plenty of open space which may lead to revealing a lot of the wires/cables behind it.

Installing everything inside the Comrade was fairly easy. The only real issue is the cable management. If you look close you can see I had to route the 8-pin PSU power cable across the top of the ram and motherboard as there is no suitable cutout closer. Also as there is no real place to attach zipties on the back it is hard to get all the cables pulled back from the front. The other obstacle is making sure the cables aren’t to bunched together as then we won’t be able to get the side panel on.

On the backside where the 4 x main cutouts for cable management are, you will find they are dipped in a bit to allow for a bit more room for cables. As you can see this is where I have all my PSU power cables and while it did obstruct me putting the side panel back on a little bit, some extra force helped make sure I got it back on. As for the hard drive cables there really is no where to put them except leave them out in the open or place them in unused bays.
