[section_title title=Conclusion]Conclusion

Jumping right into things and I think it will be the design of the VIPER GX that will draw consumers to it. It features a unique front panel that reminds me of a transformer/alien/viper of some sort kind of all rolled into one. The model I reviewed had some green accenting to the front as well as a green motherboard tray, this will also definitely help draw some attention to its design as whether or not you like it, it is hard to not notice something that is neon green! Taking a look around the case will also reveal more of its unique design from the raised parts of the side panels to the top of the VIPER GX, RAIDMAX definitely wanted this case to stand out and they did a good job of making it happen.

On to performance and it fits right into place. Touching back on the thermal benchmark results the VIPER GX was normally somewhere around the middle of our results, this is with only using the included front fan and having removed the back fan to install the Corsair H80i CPU cooler. There is also plenty of room to add a few more fans to get some more airflow going on inside the case to help keeps things a bit cooler. Let us not forget RAIDMAX is known as a budget Gaming case brand, so suffice to say that it is expected for them to offer a standard performance.

When it comes down to value for money this is where RAIDMAX are meant to shine and they have not let us down this time around with the VIPER GX, that is for sure. The VIPER GX offers good features, space and performance for its price tag which is just short of £60. There is support for a water cooling radiator in the top and with a bit of work, maybe another in the front. The VIPER GX is also big enough to accommodate long graphics cards and its unique design is sure to help make it a conversation piece when others see it.

If you are in need of a good all round mid-range case the RAIDMAX VIPER GX is a solid offering. It has all the features most users will need and its unique design will help set it apart from the rest, only further making it a worth while purchase.

I would like to thank RAIDMAX for sending the VIPER GX in for review and look forward to seeing more from them in the future.
