Closer Look
Let’s have a closer look at this beauty of a headset, to begin with of course the box comes from a multicoloured theme. Mostly black and orange though, which is the colour scheme they’re selling you, but the other colours are hinting about the headset having it’s own customisation when it comes to the colour of the lights.
The front shows the headset with lights on and a quick little bit of information about the surround sound and custom illumination with the name of the product, brand name and model, etc.
The back of the box shows the headset clearer again, with a different led colour on it too, and with more information about things like the suspension design among other things. PS. The suspension design is a great invention wherever it first came from!
Inside the box is actually surprisingly simple, all there is inside is the headset itself, a little cardboard envelope with a quick start guide and a couple Steelseries stickers.
Having a closer look at the physical headset, orange and black is the general theme, with a mirror kind of finish around the cup part and beautiful leather feeling fabric on the suspension.
There is a Steelseries logo finish on the leather suspension headband that is a lovely little touch too.
The earcups aren’t the same fabric but does have a nice little striped design going on inside, with an easy to reach and use mute button incase you’d like to mute your microphone mid-game/skype call.
The outer shell of the earcups is of a mirrored finish with led’s all around it which can change colour with the Steelseries Engine 3.
The black cable is a simple finish and doesn’t show off too much, it has a double volume slider on the wire which lets you change the volume on the computer and the other on the microphone.
The Siberia 350 is a USB connector type so can be plugged into the back of your PC, your keyboard, monitor, etc.
Let’s have a look at how it performs!
