Resident Evil 2

The remake of the Playstation classic — first released back in 1998 — hit shelves last month. Tipped to be one of the most exciting releases of the year, the game is available this time around on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The move comes after game makers Capcom reinvented the series for the release of Resident Evil 7. They’ve now gone right back to Resident Evil 2 to create a new version using the latest engine, new challenges and a new camera angle.

Caesars Games

It may not be an entirely new release, but if you haven’t already this year then you should head over to the free online slots at www.caesarsgames.com. With over 100 different slots, exciting new characters and different bonus levels to try every time, it’s well worth a visit.

Crackdown 3

Set for release later this month, the third instalment of the Crackdown series is tipped to be pretty popular. The action-adventure game sees players battle different organizations and their evil bosses for control of the city of New Providence. However, there have been some significant delays with this title already. It was first said to be hitting shelves back in 2016 which left some fans doubting whether it would ever be released at all.

Kingdom Hearts 3

The new title in the Kingdom Hearts series was released last month and follows the same tract as its two predecessors. The action role-playing game sees players embark on a quest with Sora, with whom they travel through Disney and Pixar universes. Here gamers can meet an array of the most globally-renowned and well-loved characters while facing the fantasy world’s perilous challenges.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled

Another remastered version of a classic, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a revamped edition of Crash Team Racing which was originally developed by Naughty Dog for Playstation in 1999. The game will see the world’s favorite bandicoot and his friends return to the race track to tackle both brand new and reinvented versions of the original circuits.

Mario Kart Tour

The game — featuring the iconic Super Mario character — is finally being released for mobile! Following the launch of the first mobile game last year, Mario Run, fans will finally be able to get their hands on their favorite racing game in app form. Currently, it’s set to hit both the App Store and Play Store around summer this year. The game is already tipped to be a huge success. The Switch edition of the title has sold over 11.7 million copies to date.
