Taipei, Taiwan – The upcoming Assassin’s Creed movie, based upon game publisher Ubisoft’s best-selling video game series of the same name, is set to be released in December. MSI, a leader in high-end gaming hardware, and 21st Century Fox will host a special screening for fans in five countries. There will be an online contest from December 1st through January 15th, 2017, where fans from 15 countries will be able to enter for a chance to win.
Ubisoft’s popular Assassin’s Creed games are set in a fictional history and follow centuries-old struggles facing the assassins who fight for peace and free will. The Assassin’s Creed movie, which began shooting in Europe in 2015, will combine live action and special effects to expand the details beyond game play, potentially exciting fans of the series.
The special movie screenings will debut in 5 countries: Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines for fans lucky enough to qualify as chosen by an MSI official. Additionally, MSI will have other prizes valuing up to 12,000USD for MSI fans in Germany, France, UK, Russia, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Korea who purchase designated MSI products during the event.
