Installation
To get the installation started, you will want to line up the backplate with the mounting holes on your motherboard.
Next you will want to screw in the thumb screws to the backplate to hold it in place.
Now you can go ahead and get the corresponding mounting brackets depending on your CPU socket type and screw them on to the thumb screws. Please make sure to check the installation directions to make sure they are facing the correct way.
Now it is time to mount the cooler, to do so firstly apply your thermal paste, set the cooler atop the CPU then pass the mounting bar through the cooler just above the base and screw it down. Job done!
The Kotetsu has a very good amount of RAM clearance and should not cause too many issues unless maybe you have some ridiculous tall heatsinks on your RAM.
