Temperatures
In order to judge whether the cooler is the best on the market or if it falls behind other manufacturers, we have taken idle and full load temperatures for both stock and overclocked speeds on the GPU to find out how well the cooler performs with the loads placed upon it. All fan profiles are left on their default values, in other words, the fan is on auto which shows us how well the profiles are optimised for each card and/or cooler.
I would consider the 1080 to be a 4k card, the 1070 to be a 1440p card and the 1060 to be the 1080p card. Not sure why the 4k expectation on a lesser performing card should be a “con”.
doesn’t make any sense to publish “overall” scores instead of “graphics” (talking about Firestrike of course).
