- Brand:Â CM Storm
- Model:Â Alcor Optical Gaming Mouse
- Price: £29.99 (At time of review)
Having seen many products from Coolermaster’s Storm line over the past year ranging from mice, keyboards and even cases. Coolermaster’s Storm brand while relatively young certainly made their dent in the gaming market recently. Â Having been an independent line from Coolermaster, CM Storm has been around since 2008 and has gone from strength to strength in producing well made products.
Following on in the footsteps of the CM Storm Havoc I personally reviewed, CM Storm has released 2 new gaming mice to cater for those who desire more optical and laser mice. In this review I will be taking a look at the CM Storm Alcor which features an Avago 3090 optical sensor and and on the fly DPI switching of up to 4000DPI.
With the Alcor considered a budget mouse, does it have enough clout to put the other brands on watch? Let’s find out, starting with the specifications…
