[section_title title=Closer Look – Interior]Closer Look – Interior

In regards to the arrangement of the case, Cyberpower have gone to great lengths to ensure the system arrives in tip top condition and as you can see by the internal padding, everything is protected from shocks/damage during transit. Ā I’m very glad to report that there were no loose components and the CPU cooler remained firmly intact.

Taking an overall look at the interior of the Infinity Achilles Pro SE system, everything is neatly installed and all cables are routed accordingly which is to be expected given that this case is pre-assembled. Ā Inside the system, Cyberpower has included quite the selection of components including the AMD R9 280x, and a Kingston 120GB V300 SSD is the primary boot drive for Windows allowing for super-fast boots and load times on applications.Ā  We also have the great looking Corsair H60 closed loop which keeps the overclocked i5 4670K processor cool at a hefty 4.4GHz.Ā  All of this is installed on the gold themed ASUS Z87-K motherboard which features a rather ghastly brown PCB. But because this system is built inside a windowless case, the rather ghastly motherboard color is nothing to worry about. Ā In terms of a power supply, Cyberpower has chosen the system to be powered by the Corsair CX600M modular power supply and given the hardware, this is more than powerful enough to power the rig including overclock.

Here we have the HDD bays and as you can see, Cyberpower have included a 1TB SATA3 HDD with the build in addition to the Kingston 120GB V300 SSD.Ā  This allows the end user to store their files, games and other large files that may be needed without compromising the rather limited space of the SSD.Ā  Furthermore there is extra drive bays for further expansion if the user wishes to add more drives in the future.

As previously mentioned, the system is powered by the Corsair CX600M modular power supply. Ā Although this is considered a budget power supply and one of the more basic models that Corsair sells, it is still more than ample enough to power the overclocked CPU and the R9 280x.Ā  As for the power supply cable management Cyberpower has thoughtfully managed them. As you can see in the picture below, the cables have been tied, this not only looks neat and tidy, but also slightly increases airflow in the case making the system slightly cooler as a result.

On the front of the system, there is 1 x 120mm intake fan which is stock to the Corsair 200R chassis.Ā  With it being positioned in the central bay at the front, this will provide a more direct airflow towards the graphics card and motherboard.

The Infinity Achilles Pro SE system comes equipped with 8GB of blue Kingston Hyper X memory which has a rated speed of 1600MHz with CL9 timings.Ā  This is more than ample for gaming and unless you’re benchmarking you wonā€™t notice any real world difference in frame rates and gaming performance from increased RAM speeds even from 1600mhz to 2133mhz.

Last but not least we have the Corsair H60 which keeps the overclocked Intel i7 4670K cool.Ā  I am a huge fan of the AIO coolers and feel that they not only look great, but also perform rather efficiently as well.Ā  The Corsair H60 features a 120mm radiator which operates in push/pull meaning that it should be more than capable of cooling the CPU.

To finish off this section, you can see the care and professionalism that has been put into system in the way of cable management.Ā  Everything is routed neatly and properly which makes for a nice clean and tidy build.

Overall, the Cyberpower Infinity Achilles Pro SE looks stylish, is pretty potent and should perform well in our testing, which is next!
