As the only cooler manufacturer, ARCTIC offers the possibility of an immediate and quick RMA without detours. The onsite support acts as a direct link for the technical support and covers repair or replacement of all ARCTIC products* – no matter if they have been purchased through ARCTIC or have been bought anywhere else.
Under the motto “everything from one source” sales partners should be disburdened and simultaneously it shall increase the quality and efficiency of the service for the customers.
The environment also benefits: The direct submitting to the ARCTIC support center is not only the easiest and fastest way, due to the optimized logistics the CO emissions are reduced in addition.
