[section_title title=”Closer Look”]Closer Look

Time to get a closer look at the EnerG.

featured

As you can see its a real looker. The piano black finish looks simply gorgeous and the flowing lines with no corners is an aesthetic I find very pleasing. With only the Luxa 2 logo at the bottom for branding the EnerG has a really clean look to it, just how I like it. The glossy finish is of course a finger print and dust magnet though which is always annoying.

Closer back

The back of the device is just as minimalist as the front, with some specs on the left hand side being the only real points of note here. To the right of our specs we also have some certification logos which are always nice to see.

closer top

Casting our eyes to the top of the EnerG we see our ‘IN’ port, which is aptly named as it is the port used to charge the device itself.

closer edge

Finally we have the edge of the EnerG where most of the business is done. Working from left to right we have: the power button, four charge level indicators, a 2.1A USB output and finally a 1A USB output. Like the rest of the device everything here is nice and clean.

I really like the looks of the EnerG, its minimalist which falls in line with their views on simplicity equating to elegance. The piano black finish is good and bad, the good is that it looks fantastic; the bad is that I fear it could easily be scratched when you move it about and chuck it in your bag, so don’t go losing the carry case!

Next up lets talk about the performance of the EnerG…
