[section_title title=”Closer Look”]Closer Look
Time to take a look at the mouse itself.
Taking a look at the front of the mouse we can see it closely resembles the classic intellimouse style ambidextrous shape, although here it does seem a bit shorter and fatter to accommodate those with larger hands. We have a white stripe that goes all the way around the mouse which looks pretty good in my opinion. We can also see the white scroll wheel and just above it the DPI switch.
Moving on to a plan view we get a better idea of the shape of the mouse and we can see the rest of the white stripe. Personally I don’t like the white OZONE motif at the bottom left and I think the overall aesthetic would be better without it.
Moving on to the left hand side of the mouse the main thing we haven’t already seen is the thumb buttons which are a pretty standard affair.
The right hand side is a mirror image of the left as per the ambidextrous design.
Next up we have the underneath which is the most prominent display of the white accenting on the mouse. The main point of note here is our sensor which upon visual inspection appears to be a Phillips Twin Eye sensor of some description.
Finally we have our USB connector that is a custom shape and gold plated which is always a nice touch. We also have a braided cable and the braid itself is pretty nice which gives the mouse an extra bit of quality feel.
Let’s move on and take a look at the software package.
