Tesoro are a relatively new company in the peripherals world, having only started in 2011. Despite young age they have rolled out a fairly comprehensive catalogue of peripherals, with multiple headsets, keyboards and mice all filling in various price points. In the same vein as a growing group of their peers, Tesoro are stating the aim of producing products that appeal to enthusiasts and professional gamers and they are also making it clear that supporting e sports growth is a priority.
Being that our hands aren’t changing shape in a hurry the vast majority of mice end up looking fairly similar and offering similar features; there is only so much leeway to exploit whilst still providing mass appeal. The problem this creates is that it means its very hard for manufacturers to produce a mouse that stands out in the crowd. Tesoro seem to be attempting to get out of that rut by producing the mouse we have on test today, the Gandiva. The design is certainly something different, but does it have the performance to hang in such a highly contested price range? Lets find out, but first more about Tesoro.
