[section_title title=Closer Look – Interior]Closer Look – Interior
Taking a look on the inside and there really is not a whole lot going on here as the Metis features an open layout. The motherboard tray has the risers pre-installed and there is also a cutout so users can take the side panel off and install their CPU coolers or change them if need be.
One thing I found funny was the notice on the bottom of the motherboard tray “FOR ITX MOTHER BOARD ONLY”. While I can appreciate what they did here at this point if you have anything other than an m-ITX board you are going to have a hard time getting it to fit in the case much less getting it installed properly. This just made me chuckle and I wanted to share it with you all.
A look at the rear, as you can see I removed the pre-installed fan and fit my Corsair H80i in this bad boy with a push/pull configuration. Why? Well, because if it fits, it ships.. Err, I mean because I could.

i was wondering, i have an EVGA hybrid, with an AIO attatched, could we actually stack a H80i and the hybrid cooler rad to exhaust… just a thought.
Theoretically it’s possible, but why would you want to? haha
With the h80i installed is it at all possible to fit a 3.5″ HDD at the bottom?
I’m afraid not 🙁
