If you have ever installed a Thermalright CPU cooler before you will know how easy this process is and will only take a few moments.

First you will want to the 2 parts of the backplate lined up together, then take the correct screws and push them through the back, going through the corresponding holes depending on your socket type and then push the correct white washers over them to hold them in place.

Once you have done that you can go ahead and push the screws on the backplate through the back of the motherboard, these will then be held in place but screwing on the appropriate thumbscrews. Once the thumbscrews are on and the backplate is helped in place you can set the front mounting plate on top of the thumbscrews and screw it down to the whole assembly.

Lastly you can now apply your desired thermal paste and set the cooler atop this and this CPU and then insert the cross bracket through the cooler on top of the base plate and screw it down on both side of the cooler. To gain access to one of the screws, you will need to insert the included screwdriver down through the hole on top of the Rev. B.

Once all that is done and the cooler is in place it is time to add the fan on. The easiest way I found to do this is put the fan retention clips through the top and bottom of the cooler in their designated holes, place the fan against the cooler and then lift the clips over the fan one side at a time.

Depending on the motherboard and socket type you installed the Rev. B on you may run into an issue fitting your RAM. As you can see in the below picture my RAM is touching the fan on the cooler and had there been a heatsink on, I would have lost the slot closest to the cooler, just something to be aware off.
