The top of the device features the power button and battery, WAN and Wifi LEDs. Though PNY have called it a battery LED it is more of a power LED as it lets you know when the device is on or charging, it does not actually display or inform you of battery charge left. This is a bit disappointing as there is no real way to know how much charge is left in the device.
The front of the device houses our SD card slot which can also accommodate MiniSD cards by using the included adapter.
Onto the back and we can see the reset button, which will of course need a paperclip/pin to push, USB port which supports most USB devices including those that are USB3.0 capable and the micro USB charging port. This is also where you would plug your own mobile device in to take advantage of the 2,000mAh power bank that is built in. Just connect your device, hit the power button and it should start charging up right away.
Taking a look at the bottom and we can see our FCC logos as well as information to help us get connected to the device including the SSID, Wifi password among others and the serial number.
Here we can see the PNY Wireless Media Reader, carrying pouch, micro USB charging cable and the MiniSD/SD card adapter.
