[section_title title=”Conclusion”]Conclusion

Jumping right into things and starting with the performance of the VENTUS I don’t think you could ask for more. The AVAGO laser sensor is second to none and when paired with OMRON switches for the buttons you have a real crowd pleaser as we have seen before. As previously mentioned even the secondary buttons have a certain feel to them that just shouts quality when using it. All in all it is accurate, precise and responsive, all the things a good mouse should be.

Speaking on the design and this is one of those mice that it is truly going to be down to personal preference. The general layout of the mouse is amazing but some people may not be a big fan of the palm vents or the glowing dragon beneath. Me personally, I love both of these features and feel they compliment each other and the VENTUS nicely. The ambidextrous design should also go over well with most palm grip users and while there are of course no dedicated 3rd/4th finger rests, there is plenty of room for them on the side of the mouse.

In terms of pricing we are currently looking at just under $50 which will mostly likely equate to around £40-£45 or so ( Don’t hold me to this). To me this will be an absolute steal at that price, especially when comparing it to other mice in this range. This is a very competitive price range and will take a lot to shine but in saying such the VENTUS should have no problems matching, if not beating out a lot of the competition in this range. Even the mouse bag and stickers help add on to the overall value and even though small, they make you feel like you are getting just that much more for your money which is always nice.

I would like to thank Tt eSPORTS for sending the VENTUS in for review and look forward to seeing more from them in the future.
