Closer Look UR1 SR2 and DD512

The UR1, SR2 and DD512 drives all come in the same packaging and feature the exact same items inside the box. As mentioned, they come in clear packaging so users will be able to get a first-hand look at the device itself which is always something that goes over well with me.

Inside each box will be whichever drive/bay module you have purchased which will come with a nice rubber cover over the front to keep it from getting scratched and/or allowing dust in. Eash device will also come with its own USB3.0 Cable so you do not always need to use the HR1 hub, you can use them on their own.

Aside from their obvious difference, all the devices that plug into the hub look very similar. On the top we have the Lexar logo, the bottom is home to a sticker that contains the technical information included the model and serial numbers and on the back is the USB3.0 input that will allow users to either plug the device into the hub, or, use it with the included USB3.0 cable.

The DD512 is a 512GB USB 3.0 storage drive which features 6 LED indicators so you can not only know if the drive is in use, but you will also be able to judge on how full it is.
