Conclusion

Overall Assassin’s Creed: Rogue is a good looking game if you can overlook the couple things mentioned, I found it was a great blend of ACIII and Black Flag and if you see if on sale, it’s definitely worth the price of admission. On PC this game does look much better than the console version, the picture below shows exactly why in my opinion, and you get to play as a badass enemy this time round, so why not give it a bash! Maybe not for full price though!

  • Story in the animus is an interesting alternative history.
  • Gameplay is great and easy to get into.
  • Using the ship is great fun for all!
  • Being a Templar is a whole new dimension to the lore!
  • Multiplayer adds more value to this game than previous titles!

  • Leaving the Animus for more Abstergo isn’t the most fun for me.
  • Not enough enemy types again.
  • The rating memories was an annoyance as it took out immersion.
  • The fact the voice actor for the Irish actor isn’t Irish shows.
